For the Cocktail Base: Mix the specified liquids into one big jug, leave to sit for one hour, then filter it preferably using muslin, making it completely strained.

When ready to serve: Measure 85ml of the batch mix into your cocktail shaker filled with ice, and stir gently for about 60 seconds to cool it down. Strain into an frosted cocktail glass or a similar vessel, decorate with the cranberries adding the final touch with a light spray of mandarin oil over the drink.
